STEPS TO MAINTAIN YOUR EXTENSIONS

1

CLEANSING

Let's keep those extensions from getting build up.

You should be washing 1-2 times a week. Prior to washing, make sure you brush out any tangles.

Section out rows in the shower to ensure your washing thoroughly.

Only apply conditioner to the ends to avoid buildup on weft line.

4

STYLING

Always start with heat protectant piror to heat styling.

keep your extensions tangle free day to day, this will extend the life of them.

it is important to brush the weft line close to your scalp to avoid matting.

2

PRODUCTS

Shampoo + conditioner and all other hair products should be approved by me to make sure they are extension safe. Always use a leave in serum on ends for daily contiuned moisture.

5

SLEEPING

Prior to going to bed, make sure your hair is detangled + oil your extensions.

7

SUNSCREEN

Sunscreen minerals will turn your hair orange/peach.

it CANNOT be washed out and will ruin your extensions. AVOID avobenzone, this ingredient in sunscreen will change the color of your hair.

3

BLOWDRYING

Remove excess water out of your hair, use leave in conditioner + oil on your ends.

Use heat protectant before drying, while drying, section your rows to ensure they are completely dry.

I do not recommend air drying but if you do, make sure the top of your weft; weft line, is completely dry.

6

SWIMMING

You CAN swim with extensions but i highly recommend not getting them wet, this can ruin your extensions in a matter of swimming with them once without prior proper care ( i've done it lol ) you need to protect your extensions from the salt water, chlorine and minerals.

- WET YOUR HAIR PRIOR TO GETTING IN AND APPLE A MASK ON THEM.

- COMB IT THOUGH THOROUGHLY.

- BRUSH AND WASH YOUR HAIR IMMEDIATELY AFTER SWIMMING AND REAPPLY MASK.
