This position is designed for stylists who are actively building clientele, refining their systems, and increasing consistency behind the chair, all while maintaining work-life balance.
This role prioritizes: Building a steady, predictable income Schedules that support life outside the salon Ongoing education and coaching Clear expectations and performance benchmarks Support with booking, marketing, and retention A team environment with shared standards and culture Traditional commission is just the foundation. Stylists in this role are supported as they grow their books, refine efficiency, and prepare for an uncapped high performance structure. ✔ Ideal for stylists who want stability and mentorship while they grow.
Commission Stylist —
Uncapped Commission
For established stylists ready to scale income and impact
Best for: High-performing, consistent stylists who exceed benchmarks and want to see their growth directly reflected in their income. Uncapped commission is an earned model, not an entry-level position.

Revival Academy
A structured start for newly licensed stylists
Best for: New graduates or early-career stylists who want confidence, consistency, and mentorship.
Our Co-Stylist Program is a paid education-focused position designed to transition stylists from school into a successful, sustainable career behind the chair.
What this role focuses on: Technical skill development & service execution Client communication and consultation confidence Business foundations: pricing, retention, rebooking Weekly benchmarks and progress tracking Mentorship from senior stylists and educators A clearly defined pathway into a stylist position ✔ This is a 6.5 month role with clear next steps, not an indefinite assistant position
