Running Late?

Please Let Us Know

Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Revival Hair Company and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to modify or reschedule your appointment for another time. This may result in 100% charge of appointment. If you know you will be running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.

Need to Cancel?

What You Need to Know

We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. Here, at Revival Hair Co, we require a credit card on file prior to booking an appointment. Cancelling within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of booked services. Cancelling 24 hours or less, including no call no show, will result in 100% charge of booked appointment.
